Packages may be sent to either address. Letters & all courier service sould use the street address. Packages of signifigant value should be sent registered mail so they can be tracked. (Don't send them anything of signifigant value, they can get most stuff over there without the postage!) Also, if not using pouch, letters must have appropriate foreign postage!

*Pouch only accepts letters that are on 8 1/2" by 11" & 20-lb weight paper. (Notebook paper doesn't work) Letter needs to be a single sheet, folded into 3 panels, and taped at the top only....no staples or envelopes. Just fold it, put a regular stamp on it with the address, and mail it like normal. Remember, too small is not good. This supposedly is the fastest way to get letters to the Philippines....besides email.
